How Does It Work?

1. Book Your Appointment

Choose a date and time that works for you using our secure online booking system. You can select the consultation type that suits your needs:

  • Video consultation
  • Telephone consultation
  • Home visit (West Kent area)
  • Ear Wax Removal Home Visit (West Kent)


All fees are shown before booking and payment is taken securely at the time of booking.

2. Complete the Online Safety & Consent Form

 After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a short clinical triage and consent form online.


This helps us confirm that your concern is suitable for assessment through PrymaCare UK and ensures we have the information needed for your consultation.


If your answers suggest you may need urgent care, you will be advised to contact NHS services instead and your fee will be refunded.

3. Your Consultation

 Your consultation will take place at the scheduled time by phone, video, or home visit.


During the appointment we will:

  • Discuss your symptoms
  • Review your medical history
  • Carry out an appropriate clinical assessment
  • Provide advice and treatment where appropriate

4. Treatment or Prescription

 If treatment is required, we may:

  • Provide medical advice or reassurance
  • Recommend over-the-counter treatments
  • Issue a private prescription
  • Refer or signpost you to another healthcare service


Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate. 


Medication costs are paid directly to the pharmacy if required.

5. After Your Appointment

 You will receive clear advice on what to do next and when to seek further help.


With your consent, a summary of your consultation and any medication prescribed can be shared with your NHS GP to support continuity of care.

 PrymaCare UK is not an emergency service.


If you are seriously unwell or have severe symptoms, please call 999 or attend A&E. For urgent NHS advice that can't wait , contact NHS 111.
